We Are All Partners in Crimes dives into the history of Iranian queer artists, intellectuals & writers who got murdered by the Iranian Regime or committed suicide. This poetic hybrid documentary examines the struggles of Iranian queer artists against the political power from Sadegh Hedayat, the pioneer of Farsi Contemporary Literature who ended his life in Paris known for his critical views on tradition and religion to an Iranian Bi-sexual Queer Singer & artist, Fereydoun Farrokhzad who tragically got murdered by Iranian regime in August 1992 in Germany. Farrokhzad was known for his brave speeches against Khomeini´s regime and his openly bi-sexual identity.
